DYSF

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, DYSF mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,073 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DYSF-associated genes across cancer lineages are SARS1, MUTYH, and NOB1. Each is linked with DYSF in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DYSF-to-partner and partner-to-DYSF results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SARS1 grouped by DYSF-low versus DYSF-high in STOMACH.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DYSF→partner) and Y-score (partner→DYSF) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
