DYRK3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DYRK3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,300 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DYRK3-associated genes across cancer lineages are NCKIPSD, RNASEH2A, and PIN1. Each is linked with DYRK3 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DYRK3-to-partner and partner-to-DYRK3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, NCKIPSD grouped by DYRK3-low versus DYRK3-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DYRK3→partner) and Y-score (partner→DYRK3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
