DYRK2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DYRK2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,437 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DYRK2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SULF1, CAND1, and PBRM1. Each is linked with DYRK2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DYRK2-to-partner and partner-to-DYRK2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DYRK2 versus SULF1 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.44.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DYRK2→partner) and Y-score (partner→DYRK2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
