Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, DYRK2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,896 significant associations in total. OV shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible DYRK2-associated genes across cancer lineages are SH3BP5, MAPRE1P1, and DUOXA2. Each is linked with DYRK2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DYRK2-to-partner and partner-to-DYRK2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DYRK2 versus SH3BP5 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.63.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DYRK2→partner) and Y-score (partner→DYRK2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
