DYRK2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, DYRK2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,996 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DYRK2-associated genes across cancer lineages are CAND1, MFSD9, and ANKRD61. Each is linked with DYRK2 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DYRK2-to-partner and partner-to-DYRK2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DYRK2 versus CAND1 in BLOOD_Myeloma, with a Pearson correlation of 0.71.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DYRK2→partner) and Y-score (partner→DYRK2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
