Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, DYRK2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 286 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible DYRK2-associated genes across cancer lineages are GFRA4, CBY1, and L3MBTL2. Each is linked with DYRK2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DYRK2-to-partner and partner-to-DYRK2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GFRA4 grouped by DYRK2-low versus DYRK2-high in PANCREAS.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DYRK2→partner) and Y-score (partner→DYRK2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
