Across TCGA cell cohorts, DYRK1A RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,605 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible DYRK1A-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Phosphatidylinositol phosphate biosynthetic process, Vesicle targeting, and Regulation of chromatin organization. Each is linked with DYRK1A in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DYRK1A-to-partner and partner-to-DYRK1A results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Phosphatidylinositol phosphate biosynthetic process grouped by DYRK1A-low versus DYRK1A-high in BREAST.
