Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, DYRK1A mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 74 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible DYRK1A-associated genes across cancer lineages are HTN3, FCN2, and STH. Each is linked with DYRK1A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DYRK1A-to-partner and partner-to-DYRK1A results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, HTN3 grouped by DYRK1A-low versus DYRK1A-high in CNS.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DYRK1A→partner) and Y-score (partner→DYRK1A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
