Across TCGA cell cohorts, DYNC2LI1 mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 1,749 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible DYNC2LI1-associated genes across cancer lineages are KCNJ15, FBLN1, and LRP4. Each is linked with DYNC2LI1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DYNC2LI1-to-partner and partner-to-DYNC2LI1 results are reported.
