DYDC2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DYDC2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,755 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DYDC2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RSPH4A, CACNG6, and WDR38. Each is linked with DYDC2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DYDC2-to-partner and partner-to-DYDC2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DYDC2 versus RSPH4A in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.54.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DYDC2→partner) and Y-score (partner→DYDC2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
