DYDC1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DYDC1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 179 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DYDC1-associated genes across cancer lineages are NDUFS5P6, RNU6-1155P, and LINC01823. Each is linked with DYDC1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DYDC1-to-partner and partner-to-DYDC1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, NDUFS5P6 grouped by DYDC1-low versus DYDC1-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DYDC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→DYDC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
