Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, DVL2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,845 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible DVL2-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZNF286A, RPA1, and DHX33. Each is linked with DVL2 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DVL2-to-partner and partner-to-DVL2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DVL2 versus ZNF286A in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.49.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DVL2→partner) and Y-score (partner→DVL2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
