Across TCGA cell cohorts, DVL2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DVL2-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR10R2, OR2D3, and POU3F4. Each is linked with DVL2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DVL2-to-partner and partner-to-DVL2 results are reported.
