DVL1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DVL1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 397 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DVL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ARHGAP22-IT1, LINC02745, and PPP1R1AP2. Each is linked with DVL1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DVL1-to-partner and partner-to-DVL1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ARHGAP22-IT1 grouped by DVL1-low versus DVL1-high in HNSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DVL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→DVL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
