Across TCGA patient cohorts, DUXAP2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,143 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DUXAP2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of keratinocyte proliferation, Stress granule assembly, and Protein insertion into ER membrane. Each is linked with DUXAP2 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DUXAP2-to-partner and partner-to-DUXAP2 results are reported.
