DUXA

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, DUXA mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DUXA-associated genes across cancer lineages are CCL18, PRAMEF1, and ADGRG4. Each is linked with DUXA in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DUXA-to-partner and partner-to-DUXA results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CCL18 grouped by DUXA-low versus DUXA-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DUXA→partner) and Y-score (partner→DUXA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
