Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, DUX4L4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 180 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible DUX4L4-associated genes across cancer lineages are SYN2, RALGAPA1, and CRH. Each is linked with DUX4L4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DUX4L4-to-partner and partner-to-DUX4L4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SYN2 grouped by DUX4L4-low versus DUX4L4-high in STAD.
RNA expression associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DUX4L4→partner) and Y-score (partner→DUX4L4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
