Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, DUX4L28 RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 110 significant associations in total. LUSC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible DUX4L28-associated genes across cancer lineages are GSTM5, OR10A2, and DOT1L. Each is linked with DUX4L28 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DUX4L28-to-partner and partner-to-DUX4L28 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GSTM5 grouped by DUX4L28-low versus DUX4L28-high in BRCA.
RNA expression associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DUX4L28→partner) and Y-score (partner→DUX4L28) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
