Q-omics provides the consensus-scored DUX4L27 profile across patient tissues and cancer cell-line models. DUX4L27 expression is associated with patient survival in 22 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in BRCA. Among the 18 cancer types available for tumor–normal comparison, DUX4L27 is differentially expressed in 9, with the highest sampling consensus in COAD. Additionally, DUX4L27 RNA expression shows 13,887 significant gene co-expression associations, with the highest sampling consensus in THYM. Together, these results highlight BRCA, COAD, and THYM as cancer lineages where DUX4L27 shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.
