Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, DUSP9 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,488 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible DUSP9-associated genes across cancer lineages are PRKCD, CBY2, and SLCO4A1. Each is linked with DUSP9 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DUSP9-to-partner and partner-to-DUSP9 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DUSP9 versus PRKCD in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.68.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DUSP9→partner) and Y-score (partner→DUSP9) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
