Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, DUSP9 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,676 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible DUSP9-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR7702, POLR2KP2, and MTND2P4. Each is linked with DUSP9 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DUSP9-to-partner and partner-to-DUSP9 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR7702 grouped by DUSP9-low versus DUSP9-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DUSP9→partner) and Y-score (partner→DUSP9) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
