Across TCGA cell cohorts, DUSP9 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible DUSP9-associated genes across cancer lineages are AMELX, UCMA, and UTF1. Each is linked with DUSP9 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DUSP9-to-partner and partner-to-DUSP9 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, AMELX grouped by DUSP9-low versus DUSP9-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.
