DUSP7

Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, DUSP7 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 7 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated DUSP7 data layer compared with 28 for mass-spec protein and 3 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in esophageal carcinoma (ESCA), where higher DUSP7 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated DUSP7 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

ESCA, CESC, and COAD are the cancer types where DUSP7 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
