Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, DUSP7 mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated DUSP7 data layer compared with 28 for mass-spec protein and 7 for mutation status.
The strongest signal is observed in pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC), where higher DUSP7 mass-spec protein is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated DUSP7 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
PDAC, LSCC, and LUAD are the cancer types where DUSP7 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
