DUSP7

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DUSP7 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,421 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DUSP7-associated proteins across cancer lineages are BICD2, FSCN1_S39, and HID1. Each is linked with DUSP7 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DUSP7-to-partner and partner-to-DUSP7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DUSP7 versus BICD2 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.40.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DUSP7→partner) and Y-score (partner→DUSP7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
