Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, DUSP7 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,050 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible DUSP7-associated genes across cancer lineages are C2orf15, SH3BGRL3, and ZNF620. Each is linked with DUSP7 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DUSP7-to-partner and partner-to-DUSP7 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DUSP7 versus C2orf15 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.34.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DUSP7→partner) and Y-score (partner→DUSP7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
