DUSP7

Across TCGA cell cohorts, DUSP7 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,321 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DUSP7-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are snRNA transcription by RNA polymerase III, Transcription initiation at RNA polymerase I promoter, and Maturation of 5.8S rRNA. Each is linked with DUSP7 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DUSP7-to-partner and partner-to-DUSP7 results are reported.
