DUSP6

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, DUSP6 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,606 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DUSP6-associated genes across cancer lineages are SPRY4, ETV5, and ETV4. Each is linked with DUSP6 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DUSP6-to-partner and partner-to-DUSP6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DUSP6 versus SPRY4 in BREAST, with a Pearson correlation of 0.63.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DUSP6→partner) and Y-score (partner→DUSP6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
