Across TCGA cell cohorts, DUSP6 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,557 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible DUSP6-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of lens fiber cell differentiation, Peptidyl-tyrosine dephosphorylation, and Regulation of lens fiber cell differentiation. Each is linked with DUSP6 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DUSP6-to-partner and partner-to-DUSP6 results are reported.
