DUSP5P2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DUSP5P2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,105 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DUSP5P2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Mitochondrial translation, Transcription initiation at RNA polymerase II promoter, and Nucleobase metabolic process. Each is linked with DUSP5P2 in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DUSP5P2-to-partner and partner-to-DUSP5P2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Mitochondrial translation grouped by DUSP5P2-low versus DUSP5P2-high in ESCA.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DUSP5P2→partner) and Y-score (partner→DUSP5P2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
