DUSP4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DUSP4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,885 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DUSP4-associated genes across cancer lineages are NF1P10, LINC00709, and TMEM263. Each is linked with DUSP4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DUSP4-to-partner and partner-to-DUSP4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, NF1P10 grouped by DUSP4-low versus DUSP4-high in CESC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DUSP4→partner) and Y-score (partner→DUSP4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
