DUSP26

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DUSP26 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 44 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DUSP26-associated genes across cancer lineages are ERK2, BRCA2, and 14-3-3_beta. Each is linked with DUSP26 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DUSP26-to-partner and partner-to-DUSP26 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ERK2 grouped by DUSP26-low versus DUSP26-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DUSP26→partner) and Y-score (partner→DUSP26) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
