DUSP23

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DUSP23 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13 significant associations in total. LUSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DUSP23-associated genes across cancer lineages are EEF1E1-BLOC1S5, RNA5SP124, and RNU6-1082P. Each is linked with DUSP23 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DUSP23-to-partner and partner-to-DUSP23 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, EEF1E1-BLOC1S5 grouped by DUSP23-low versus DUSP23-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DUSP23→partner) and Y-score (partner→DUSP23) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
