DUSP22

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DUSP22 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 390 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DUSP22-associated genes across cancer lineages are CR2, ZNRF1, and SLC25A51P1. Each is linked with DUSP22 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DUSP22-to-partner and partner-to-DUSP22 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CR2 grouped by DUSP22-low versus DUSP22-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DUSP22→partner) and Y-score (partner→DUSP22) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
