DUSP19

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DUSP19 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 512 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DUSP19-associated genes across cancer lineages are MRPS35P2, SNORD116-19, and RN7SL248P. Each is linked with DUSP19 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DUSP19-to-partner and partner-to-DUSP19 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MRPS35P2 grouped by DUSP19-low versus DUSP19-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DUSP19→partner) and Y-score (partner→DUSP19) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
