The most reproducible DUSP18-associated genes across cancer lineages are JNK_pT183_Y185, Notch1, and VHL. Each is linked with DUSP18 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DUSP18-to-partner and partner-to-DUSP18 results are reported.
