DUSP18

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, DUSP18 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DUSP18-associated genes across cancer lineages are CHRNA4, ADAD1, and OR4N2. Each is linked with DUSP18 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DUSP18-to-partner and partner-to-DUSP18 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CHRNA4 grouped by DUSP18-low versus DUSP18-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DUSP18→partner) and Y-score (partner→DUSP18) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
