DUSP16

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, DUSP16 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 272 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DUSP16-associated genes across cancer lineages are MBD3L3, OR5AU1, and MBD3L4. Each is linked with DUSP16 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DUSP16-to-partner and partner-to-DUSP16 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MBD3L3 grouped by DUSP16-low versus DUSP16-high in OESOPHAGUS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DUSP16→partner) and Y-score (partner→DUSP16) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
