Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, DUSP12 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated DUSP12 data layer compared with 24 for mass-spec protein and 4 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in adrenocortical carcinoma (ACC), where higher DUSP12 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated DUSP12 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
ACC and COAD are the cancer types where DUSP12 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
