Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, DUS2 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated DUS2 data layer compared with 19 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal clear cell carcinoma (KIRC), where higher DUS2 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated DUS2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
KIRC and ACC are the cancer types where DUS2 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
