Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, DUS2 mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated DUS2 data layer compared with 19 for mass-spec protein and 2 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC), where higher DUS2 mass-spec protein is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated DUS2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

PDAC, CCRCC, and OV are the cancer types where DUS2 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
