DUS2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DUS2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 11,521 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DUS2-associated genes across cancer lineages are TP53, PIK3CA, and PCDHB5. Each is linked with DUS2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DUS2-to-partner and partner-to-DUS2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TP53 grouped by DUS2-low versus DUS2-high in BRCA.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DUS2→partner) and Y-score (partner→DUS2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
