Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, DUS2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,869 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible DUS2-associated genes across cancer lineages are NUTF2, KCNMB1, and NIP7. Each is linked with DUS2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DUS2-to-partner and partner-to-DUS2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DUS2 versus NUTF2 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.47.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DUS2→partner) and Y-score (partner→DUS2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
