Across TCGA cell cohorts, DUS2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,512 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DUS2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Mitochondrial ribosome assembly, Mitochondrial large ribosomal subunit assembly, and 'de novo' UMP biosynthetic process. Each is linked with DUS2 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DUS2-to-partner and partner-to-DUS2 results are reported.
