DUS2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, DUS2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4 significant associations in total. STOMACH shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DUS2-associated genes across cancer lineages are SPAG11A, TBC1D21, and SSX7. Each is linked with DUS2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DUS2-to-partner and partner-to-DUS2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SPAG11A grouped by DUS2-low versus DUS2-high in BLOOD_Myeloma.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DUS2→partner) and Y-score (partner→DUS2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
