Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, DUOXA2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 284 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible DUOXA2-associated genes across cancer lineages are OLFM4, FBXO31, and OGDH. Each is linked with DUOXA2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DUOXA2-to-partner and partner-to-DUOXA2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DUOXA2 versus OLFM4 in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.36.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DUOXA2→partner) and Y-score (partner→DUOXA2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
