DUOXA1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DUOXA1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 506 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DUOXA1-associated genes across cancer lineages are KRTAP19-8, KRTAP8-3P, and LINC02796. Each is linked with DUOXA1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DUOXA1-to-partner and partner-to-DUOXA1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, KRTAP19-8 grouped by DUOXA1-low versus DUOXA1-high in LIHC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DUOXA1→partner) and Y-score (partner→DUOXA1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
