Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, DUOXA1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,624 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible DUOXA1-associated genes across cancer lineages are DUOX1, DUOX2, and DUOXA2. Each is linked with DUOXA1 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DUOXA1-to-partner and partner-to-DUOXA1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DUOXA1 versus DUOX1 in URINARY_TRACT, with a Pearson correlation of 0.88.
RNA expression associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DUOXA1→partner) and Y-score (partner→DUOXA1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
