DTX4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, DTX4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,213 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DTX4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SSH3, RPL26, and RPL6. Each is linked with DTX4 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DTX4-to-partner and partner-to-DTX4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, DTX4 versus SSH3 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.28.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (DTX4→partner) and Y-score (partner→DTX4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
