Across TCGA patient cohorts, DTX4 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,223 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible DTX4-associated genes across cancer lineages are PRORP, PSMA6, and DNAJC3. Each is linked with DTX4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both DTX4-to-partner and partner-to-DTX4 results are reported.
